Courier Service

• For the fastest delivery, we use ST Courier within Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry and DTDC Courier Service for other states.
• If the courier service is unavailable in your area, or if you prefer Professional Courier or another courier service, please WhatsApp us after placing your order. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Within Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry: 1 to 3 working days

Other States: 3–5 working days

Shipping charges

• Delivery charges depend on the destination and any offer running at the time. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Website orders are prepaid. COD is available

Tracking

• You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the courier scans the parcel, which is usually within a few hours of dispatch.
• Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating. If it has not moved for more than 48 hours, tell us the order number and we will chase the courier ourselves.

Where we deliver

• If your pin code is not served by our courier partner we will contact you within one working day. If we cannot deliver, we refund the order in full.

Failed delivery attempts

• Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts and may contact the customer using the phone number provided with the order.
• If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to us. We will then contact the customer to arrange redelivery.
• If the customer is unavailable, unresponsive, refuses delivery, or fails to collect the parcel, shipping and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
• If the parcel is returned due to a sender or courier-side issue, the product amount will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.

Damaged or missing parcels

• Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
• An unpacking video is mandatory for exchange requests related to damages, defects, or missing items. The video must be continuous, with no edits or cuts.
